How can I become a member at

Want to sign up (19+ only)? Click here. You’ll have to enter your desired username, email and password.

  • After signup, you’ll receive an email to confirm ownership of email.
  • You can then login.
  • Be sure to enter your complete credentials such as your name, Canadian billing address and Canadian shipping address. Note that you cannot make an order without those credentials.
  • We offer 5 free prerolls for uploading your government issued ID.  ID approvals take up to 24 hours to be verified. After 24 hours, you will receive an email with a link to claim your free prerolls.

I uploaded my ID, how can I get my free pre-rolls?

After you’ve uploaded your ID, it needs to go through for approval.  Usually this can take up to 24 hours. You will receive an email from us with a link to claim your free pre-rolls.  Please make sure you click on the link to redeem your pre-rolls for your next order. 

Note: you must be logged in.


How do I contact Customer Service?

You may contact customer support at [email protected]. Due to increased customer traffic please allow up to 24 hours response time. We are working hard to get to your questions as soon as possible.


Do you ship Medical Marijuana outside of Canada?

Unfortunately not. For now, all orders can only be shipped to Canadian addresses.


How does your points system work?

Earn points while getting your medicine and trade them in for store credit.  Every 10.000 points you can trade in to get a $25 store credit. $1=10 points.


How does your Refer a Friend program work?

Whenever you refer a friend, you will receive a $20 coupon (minimum purchase of $100) and your friend will receive $50 off their first order (minimum purchase of $200). You will receive a valid $20 coupon code when your friend successfully makes their first purchase over $200, using their $50 coupon code. Are the product images real?

Yes, we take all product pictures in house and do not apply any type of colour enhancements to our photos.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Interac E-transfers as this is a safe payment method. If you bank with Canadian credit unions or regular banks, then these are easy to do online with your institution. We provide you with instructions for an E-Transfer with your invoice. For your convenience, we also accept Bitcoins. To pay with Bitcoins, please email [email protected].   


How do I send an Interac E-transfer?

Sending Interac E-Transfers with your online banking or credit union is very safe to use. It will only take a few minutes or less!

  1. Sign into your Online Banking and select “E-Transfer.”
  2. Add us as an Interac E-Transfer Recipient: The name, email address, security question can be found on your invoice.
  3. Please indicate your order number in the message box.

What happens once my payment has been sent to you?

Once the payment is sent, it may take up to 4 hours for us to receive the payment during business hours. If payment is sent during non-business hours, we will accept your payment the following business day. Once payment is accepted, we will notify you by email and send you a tracking number once the order has been shipped out.

Please note any payments received on Friday will be processed same day but shipping will take place on the following Monday (excluding Holidays).


What happens to my order if I don’t send you a payment?

Once the order is placed, the next step is to send your payment to us. We keep the order on hold until the payment is received. If there’s no payment after 3 days, then the order is cancelled.


What happens after I check out?

You will receive an order confirmation along with payment instructions.  Quickly and easily send payment via Interac e-Transfer (instructions located on your invoice).  To pay by Bitcoin or other Crypto Currencies, please email [email protected] for details.  


Do You Issue Refunds or Exchanges?

Due to the nature of our business, we do not issue offer refunds or exchanges. If you believe that you have a defective product please contact customer support at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please keep all packaging as photos will be required.


Is my package shipped safely and discreetly?

We inspect and take great care of your products from our warehouse to your door.  Your order is discreetly packaged in smell proof packaging.


When does my order ship out?

We will send your tracking number within 24-48 hours of your payment being accepted.  If placed on Friday then you will receive tracking info on the following Monday (excluding Holidays).


How long will it take for my package to arrive?

All packages will be shipped via Canada Post  with tracking number.

Expedited Shipping ($15 or free when you spend over $149)

Local (British Columbia): 1-2 business days

Regional: 3-4 business days

National: up to 8 business days

Please Note:  All orders will require 1-2 days processing time after payment is accepted (not included in the estimations above). If no tracking number is provided after 2 business days after payment, please contact Customer Support for assistance.


What are the shipping fees you charge?

On orders below $149 dollars shipping is $15.  For any order over $150, the shipping is free. We ship our orders via Canada Post and we provide a tracking number via email once the order has shipped. If you live in a remote area, your order may take a few extra days to reach you.


Shipping to Nunavut and Northern Quebec?

Unfortunately, due to a high percentage of postal related thefts, we cannot offer any delivery guarantees for orders which are to be shipped to those regions. You will be ordering at your own risk.


I sent payment over 4 hours ago but haven’t received any confirmation on the status of my order?

Delay in payment processing happens when the email used for your order differs from the email used for your e-transfer.  Please make sure to use the same email address as your registered account. Also, it is very important to input the Order # into the Notes box of the email transfer as this is how we recognize you.  If you missed this, please email customer support at [email protected] immediately.


I sent payment but received an email my order is still on hold?

It may take up to 4 hours for payment to be accepted. Once payment is accepted your order will go into processing stage and will be shipped out within 1-2 business days.  Payments received on Friday will be processed same day but shipping will take place on the following Monday (excluding Holidays).


When will I receive my tracking number?

We will send your tracking number within 24-48 hours of your payment being accepted.  If placed on Friday then you will receive tracking info on the following Monday (excluding Holidays).


The tracking by Canada Post says “Successfully Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package from you.

It’s possible the postal worker scanned the package as “successfully delivered,” but it’s actually delivered the next business day.

In some cases, a package is scanned as ‘delivered’ and the postman ends up completing the delivery the next day or so.  If you still haven’t received the package by the end of the next business day, please kindly let us know.


Why doesn’t the tracking number I receive from you work?

Please allow up to 24 hours from the time you received your tracking for Canada Post to update their system.


My Vape Pen is dead, defective, or the battery doesn't light up.

We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery on batteries and chargers.  If you find that your pen is defective on arrival, not charging, or not heating appropriately, please contact our Customer Support at [email protected] immediately with a video showing the issue.
